Didnt get a chance to lift friday because for some silly reason everything in canada is closed on good friday. Whats up with that?

I feel like Ive been punched in the stomach with all the ab stuff I did last night and monday. BUT IT HURTS SO GOOD.

Currently sitting at about 1000cal, about 43c/34p/22f. NEEDS MORE PROTEIN RAWR.
Going to dinner tonight I think. Will have to keep a lookout for something that wont kill my totals.

Forgot nutrient breakdown last night, was at about 1600cal, way too much carbohydrates. Argh.

Rollerderby tonight. My sides are sore. I need to relearn to skate. Ive been skating in a bent over form instead of on my legs like I need to. I saw a picture of me and Im way bent over. Lame. LITTLE NOODLE LEGS WILL GET BIG AND STRONG GRRR! It will hurt, but at least I wont feel like nails being jammed into my lower back ;D

Im not gone, I promise.

So the last two weeks or so have been havoc on diet/gym. Ive been super busy with roller derby junk (oh god bootcamp kicked my ass, and got my ass kicked in a pillow fight to boot), along with two birthdays (ONE BEING MINE AND MY BOYFRIEND GOT ME A WII YAY) so I havent been keeping up with logging food or gym. I did get a couple of workouts in, and with the resistance training we've been doing at practice I think Im OKAY, but not great.

Anyways, starting over for gym.

Today:

Squat: 5X75
Bench: 5X55
Deadlift: 5X85(!!!!) Im almost to the bigger weights
Dips: Set on 11, 2 sets of 8, whatever the hell that is.

Extension: 8X10
Sit ups: 10X10 @ 35deg angle.

I thought I was going to suck, but managed to do pretty good considering I was slacking! Will have nutrients up later today.

Yesterdays workout

Squats: 5X65
Overhead: 5X40*
Pendlay Rows:5X40*
Chinups:3X5 on setting 11
Extensions: 8X10 (yeah finally adding weight!)
Situps: 3 sets of 10 at 45deg (im doing more than 5 for these sets because im not using weight yet)

I think calories was around 1400.

Tonight I have rollerderby practice :D

Wanted to weigh in this week and see how Im doing, but starting my stupid period put that on hold since I hold a craaaazy amount of water when Im on the damn thing and it would make me think Im fat and I would cry on the scale :`( oh well! Ill have it next week.

Yesterday was pretty swell

Dips: Set on 12, whatever the hell that is.

Back Extensions: No weight, 3 sets of 8
Crunches: 3 sets of 5 at 45angle (you really feel a difference with a 10deg increase)

Diet was bleh. 1545cal, but 54%c/20%p/25%f

I needs me more protein.

Ugh, I think Im getting sick. Take THAT people working out on machines after me! (just kidding, always wipe them down ;D ) But I still forced myself to the gym, even if I didnt want to go!

Anyways, beginning weakass lifts:

Squat: 5X55
Overhead press: 5X35
Power cleans: 3X40
Chin ups: I dont know, its assisted since my weak girly arms cant hold me up. It was on 11 or something like that.

No weights for crunches at 35degree angle, or back extensions.

Its early (well, 4pm) and calorie intake is looking good. So far 950Cal with about 40%c/34p/24f.
