I feel like Ive been punched in the stomach with all the ab stuff I did last night and monday. BUT IT HURTS SO GOOD.
Currently sitting at about 1000cal, about 43c/34p/22f. NEEDS MORE PROTEIN RAWR.
Going to dinner tonight I think. Will have to keep a lookout for something that wont kill my totals.
