Forgot nutrient breakdown last night, was at about 1600cal, way too much carbohydrates. Argh.
Rollerderby tonight. My sides are sore. I need to relearn to skate. Ive been skating in a bent over form instead of on my legs like I need to. I saw a picture of me and Im way bent over. Lame. LITTLE NOODLE LEGS WILL GET BIG AND STRONG GRRR! It will hurt, but at least I wont feel like nails being jammed into my lower back ;D
